JMS unleashes tuned Mk5 Mustang in Europe
The sixth generation is fairly well represented on the streets of Europe, but its predecessor can’t boast the same. JMS Fahrzeugteile, a German tuning company, has released a tuning program for the older ‘Stangs aimed at keeping them relevant in modern times.
The GT pictured here wears a set of Barracuda Ultralight wheels produced using an approach called Flow Forged for maximum weight savings. 20-inch rims with a five-Y-spoke pattern come wrapped in Hankook tires and sit tight in their arches thanks to KW Variant 2 coilovers.
You can tell it’s not a stock Mustang by its Shelby GT500 brake calipers and a large rear spoiler sourced from the same model. A peek inside reveals Recaro Pole Position seats, and the engine bay benefits a lot from a new cold air intake system. The output isn’t specified, but you can find the parts with the prices on the JMS official website.
