China-made Lincoln Nautilus becomes the brand’s bestseller in the USA

Even as the U.S. government continues its fight against China-imported cars, some automakers turn tidy profits selling Chinese automobiles with the U.S. badge slapped on.
According to the recent car sales report, the Lincoln Nautilus was the company’s single best-selling vehicle on the U.S. market in the first half of 2024 with nearly 18,000 units sold. The SUV is made at the Changan-Ford joint enterprise in Hangzhou, China.
The same is largely true for General Motors as well. The company has been importing many of its better-priced models from China lately.
