Skoda has revealed the first photos of its upcoming Elroq SUV EV and some of its specifications. The entry-level crossover is slated to arrive this fall priced attractively below the Enyaq.

The Elroq is the company’s first SUV to make use of its newest design language, but the details can be hard to tell under wraps. What we do know is that there will be four powertrains to choose from. The most affordable one will utilize a 170-PS (168-hp / 125-kW) electric motor at the rear axle and a 55-kWh battery pack. The next one up the list will get 204 PS (201 hp / 150 kW) and 63 kWh. Both will be capped at 160 km/h (100 mph).

Those looking for a more dynamic experience will be able to opt for a much stronger e-motor at the rear end with 286 PS (282 hp / 210 kW) reaching the asphalt and 82 kWh of battery juice. Finally, there will be an AWD version with two motors jointly rated at 299 PS (295 hp / 220 kW) and the same 82-kWh battery. This one will be able to reach 180 km/h (112 mph) and cover 560 km (348 miles) per charge.

Charging the battery from 10 to 80 percent using a 175kW charger will take 28 minutes on average, regardless of its volume.
