G-Power offers up to 720 PS in a BMW M3 CS
The German tuning gurus over at G-Power have explored the potential of the latest BMW M3 Competition Sport, landing the car that’s already hardcore with three power tuning options.
The sedan is called “G-Power G3M CS Bi-Turbo”. In its mildest form, it gets an ECU remap and a new muffler for 620 PS (612 hp / 456 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque.
Those looking for even more punch may opt for a complete exhaust system replacement and an even more aggressive ECU tune. The result is 670 PS (661 hp / 493 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque heading to the wheels.
Last but by no means least, the ultimate tuning kit known as the GP-720 introduces track-grade catalysts and other tweaks to dial up the output to 720 PS (710 hp / 530 kW) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft). At this point, the M3 CS rises to be almost on par with the new M5, which packs a hybrid powertrain with 727 PS (717 hp / 535 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque.
G-Power doesn’t mention any acceleration times, but the stock sedan has a 3.2-second sprint time, and the modded one is likely still faster than that.
Also found in the G-Power list of options are aftermarket wheels (Hurricane RR & RS series), a carbon fiber body kit, branded floor mats, and a carbon-wrapped steering wheel.
