BMW M Motorsport has taken the wraps off its updated М4 GT4 Evo model. Compared to the original track-focused coupe, the Evo features an optimized aerodynamic profile, revised suspension and a more convenient traction control toggle mechanism. Owners can buy the new model outright or upgrade their existing one for a premium.
Starting at the exterior, the sports car benefits from reinforced rear wheel hub bearings and heavy-duty front suspension arms. The entire body kit has been revised to improve aerodynamic performance, stiffness and maintenance ease.
Drivers can now disengage traction control using a single button on the steering wheel. This allows track day enthusiasts to change the way their car handles immediately for superior performance. Last but not least, BMW throws in the new headlights that the street-legal M4 received a while ago.
Prices start from a cool €219,000. All parts can be ordered individually or as a €16,000 upgrade package. The deliveries are planned for Q4 2024, meaning that the new M4 GT4 Evo won’t hit the racetrack until the next year’s season.
